Rotor Design

Closed-pocket blow-through rotor with 8 mirror-polished SS 316 blades and radiused pocket floors for complete product purging with zero residual accumulation.

Housing Material

SS 316 stainless steel housing with Ra 0.8 micrometer internal finish and sanitary blow-through air ports, fully FDA and EC 1935/2004 compliant.

Inlet Size Range

150mm to 350mm inlet flanges with tri-clamp sanitary connections and integrated CIP spray nozzle ports for in-place cleaning between product runs.

Pressure Rating

Conveying air pressure up to 0.5 bar with food-grade PTFE shaft seals preventing lubricant migration and maintaining hygienic barrier integrity.

Temperature Range

Operating range from -10°C to 80°C for ambient and chilled food powder conveying, including dairy powder and frozen ingredient handling lines.

Blade Configuration
