Pivot Mechanism

Central pivot bearing allows ±5° rotation to automatically steer belt back to center when off-tracking due to uneven cement loading.

Guide Roller Design

Tapered or crowned guide rollers on each side sense belt edge position and activate the pivoting correction through frictional contact.

Tracking Correction Force

Self-centering force proportional to misalignment angle, effective for belt wander up to 50 mm on 800-1600 mm wide cement conveyors.

Roller Diameter

101.6 mm to 133 mm diameter carrying rollers with 63.5 mm guide rollers, sized for cement plant belt widths and load profiles.
