Rubber Disc Idlers Key Specifications

108mm, 127mm, and 152mm rubber discs with individual rotation capability to shed carryback material from iron ore and sinter.

Disc Material

Natural rubber or SBR compound discs with 50-60 Shore A hardness, resistant to abrasive iron fines and moderate heat.

Discs spaced at 30-50mm intervals on the shaft, creating gaps that allow carryback to fall away under gravity.

6205 sealed bearings with labyrinth seals protecting against fine iron ore dust penetration into bearing housings.
