Custom geometry for belt widths from 800 mm to 2400 mm; designed to handle lump sizes up to 300 mm (ROM ore) without bridging or blockage.

Wear Life

AR500 liner panels: 12-24 months on iron ore service; ceramic tiles at impact zones: 24-48 months; liner systems designed for rapid modular replacement during shutdowns.

DEM Analysis

Multi-material DEM simulation (ore, coke, sinter, flux) models particle trajectories, impact energy distribution, and wear patterns to optimize chute geometry for each transfer point.

Heavy-gauge fabricated steel structure designed for impact loads from 300 mm ore lumps; access doors and inspection hatches for liner condition monitoring.
