Shedding Mechanism

Individual rubber discs flex and shed wet coal paste and sticky ash during rotation, preventing the continuous material film that traps moisture on smooth rollers.

Disc Configuration

15-35 rubber discs per roller at 30-50 mm spacing optimized for wet coal fines and fly ash adhesion characteristics in CHP environments.

Roller Diameter

89 mm to 133 mm overall diameter self-cleaning assemblies for CHP return strand applications on 800-1800 mm wide belts.

Disc Material

SBR rubber discs (50-60 Shore A) with low-adhesion surface compound specifically formulated for wet coal and ash carryback resistance.

Weather Resistance

UV-resistant disc compound and galvanized shaft/end caps for outdoor CHP conveyor return installations exposed to rain and sunlight.

Bearing & Seal
