Rotor Design

Offset-mounted rotor with 8 mirror-polished SS 316 blades and asymmetric clearance, eliminating the crushing zone to protect fragile food products during transfer.

Housing Material

SS 316 stainless steel housing with Ra 0.8 micrometer finish and offset bore geometry, fully FDA compliant for gentle handling of coated and fragile food products.

Inlet Size Range

150mm to 400mm inlet flanges with tri-clamp sanitary connections and enlarged offset entry zone for damage-free intake of fragile food granules and flakes.

Pressure Rating

Differential pressure sealing up to 0.5 bar with food-grade PTFE shaft seals and offset geometry that prevents product trapping and crushing at the seal zone.

Temperature Range

Operating range from -20°C to 80°C, suitable for chilled, frozen, and ambient food product handling where gentle transfer preserves product quality.
