Rotor Design

Closed-pocket blow-through rotor with 6 deep-pocket blades and tangential air injection for effective purging of low-density fibrous insulation materials.

Housing Material

Carbon steel housing with epoxy-coated internals and integrated blow-through manifold, resistant to phenolic resin binder chemicals in mineral wool lines.

Inlet Size Range

200mm to 450mm oversized inlet flanges with blow-through air ports sized for the high air volume needed to convey lightweight insulation fibers.

Pressure Rating
