Rotor Design

Closed-pocket blow-through rotor with 6 heavy-duty blades and deep pockets sized for high bulk-density iron ore fines and metallurgical dust injection.

Housing Material

Ni-hard cast iron housing with flame-hardened bore and integrated blow-through air manifold for maximum abrasion resistance in steel plant environments.

Inlet Size Range

250mm to 500mm heavy-duty flanged inlets with oversized blow-through air ports for high-volume metallurgical material injection into conveying lines.

Pressure Rating

Conveying air pressure up to 2.0 bar with heavy-duty shaft seals rated for the high differential pressures of steel plant pneumatic conveying circuits.

Temperature Range

High-temperature variant rated to 320°C for direct injection of hot DRI kiln dust and sinter fines into pressurized return conveying lines.

Blade Configuration

6-blade closed-pocket rotor with bolt-on hardened alloy steel replaceable tips and deep-radiused pockets for complete material purging during blow-through.

Feeds collected fume dust from bag filter hoppers into pressurized conveying lines for recycling back into EAF or BOF steelmaking vessels.
